Where is the store located?
All art prints are designed/hand drawn, printed and mailed from Ontario, Canada.
How is my print mailed?
Each order is carefully packaged in a rigid mailer and shipped with Canada Post. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
What is your return or exchange policy?
Once the order has shipped, all sales are final.
How do I pay for my order?
The checkout process is powered by Stripe and Paypal and is secure! You may use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or others to make your payment.
Holy moly! Why does shipping cost so much?
Unfortunately, the cost of shipping is something I can't control! All prints are packaged and shipped by me and I am not working with a distributer. Good news is, you will receive a tracking number with your order.
Can I recieve a digital copy instead of a physical copy? I want to print the artwork myself.
I understand that receiving a digital file would cut down on printing and shipping costs, but transferring a large high resolution file has the potential to put my artwork at risk for theft and AI theft. The reason why I use low resolution and watermarked images on my store is to combat this. Thank you for understanding.
I want more of your art! Are you open for commissions?
Yes! I am more than happy to draw your OCs (Original Characters), pets/ animals, people, simple mech and cars. I would prefer not to draw anime, high realism, detailed backgrounds (eg. landscapes), gore or NSFW (not safe for work).
